现场卫生员
COMITÉ INTERNATIONAL DE LA CROIX-ROUGE (CICR)
在卫生代表的领导下，现场卫生员负责监督多哥任务的卫生活动的正常开展，主要位于萨瓦内斯地区。为此，他/她负责：
Participating in the development of the intervention strategy and the planning of health activities for the Togo mission, mainly in the Savanes region;
实施并监测卫生活动和项目，遵循其上级的指示；
Conducting regular field assessments and ensuring the monitoring of the health situation (epidemiological surveillance, emergencies that may occur, etc.);（定期进行现场评估并确保对卫生状况的监测（流行病学监测、可能发生的紧急情况等））；
Participating in the organization of coordination meetings and maintaining communication with various actors and stakeholders of the mission;
组织协调会议，并与任务的各种参与方和利益相关者保持沟通；
Organizing, in collaboration with the Togolese Red Cross, discussion groups with communities to gather information on needs and challenges requiring public health intervention;
与多哥红十字会合作，组织社区讨论小组以收集公共卫生干预所需的需求与挑战信息；
Ensuring, in collaboration with the logistics team, the effective and timely distribution of medical equipment and orders to beneficiaries;
与物流团队合作，确保医疗设备及订单的有效及时分发给受益者；
Ensuring digital and physical document archiving;
确保数字及实体文件的归档；
Providing training to health facility teams on topics defined with the Health Delegate;
对医疗设施团队进行由卫生代表共同确定主题的培训；
Participating in field evaluations and producing reports with proposed action axes;
参与现场评估并编写包括可行行动方向的报告；
